Configuring CallaCloud in VAPI


Step 1: Create an Account with CallaCloud
Once you complete your account configuration, you need to configure an account in VAPI AI Platform
Open the VAPI admin URL in your browser. Login with administrator credentials.



1. On the left-side menu bar, locate and click on Integration.


2. Inside the Integration section, find the option labelled SIP Trunk or Add SIP Trunk.


3. In the SIP Trunk creation form, Need to Give Provider Name.


4. Fill in all the required fields related to your SIP Gateway.


5. Obtain the Authentication Username and Password from your SIP provider.


6. After entering all required information, review the details. Click Save to complete the SIP trunk configuration

7. From the dashboard left menu, click Phone Number.


8. Inside Phone Number management, click Create Phone Number.





9. If you want to associate an existing provider trunk or your own trunk, select BYO SIP Trunk.


10. In the Phone Number creation form, enter the phone number with (E.164 format) Enter the specific SIP Trunk Credentials for that number.


11. Click Import Number and added successfully.
