Configuring CallaCloud in LiveKit

Step 1:
Create an Account with CallaCloud
Once you complete your account configuration, you need to configure an account in LiveKit AI Platform.

1. On the left side menu, locate Telephony and click on it.


2. Click on the SIP Trunks option.



      


3. Select Create New Trunk.

Inbound:


4. Enter a Trunk Name. 


5. Set Trunk Direction to Inbound.


6. Enter the Phone Number associated with this trunk.


7. Ensure Media Encryption is disabled.

8. Once saved, the number will appear under your Inbound Trunks list.

Outbound:

9. Again, click on the Telephony option in the left side menu.


10. Select SIP Trunks.


11. Click on Create New Trunk.



12. Enter a Trunk Name.


13. Set Trunk Direction to Outbound.


14. Enter the Domain in the Address field.


15. Set Transport to UDP.


16. Add a Valid Phone Number.


17. Ensure Media Encryption is disabled.



18. Once saved, the number will appear under your Outbound Trunks list.




After everything has been created, connect the AI Agent to our CallaCloud and perform a test call with the AI.
