Configuring CallaCloud in ELEVENLABS


Step 1: Create an Account with CallaCloud
Once you complete your account configuration, you need to configure an account in ELEVENLABS AI Platform.
1. Click on the workspace selector and choose Agents Platform from Left side Menu bar


2. In the left sidebar under Telephony, click Phone Numbers.


3. On the topright, click Import number – Two Option will Drop Down


4. From the dropdown, select From CallaCloud

5. Fill in the Label field with a friendly name for your SIP trunk.


6. In the Phone number field, enter DID in (+E.164 format) or SIP extension.


7. It is necessary to disable your media encryption.

8. If your provider requires SIP authentication, enter the SIP Trunk Username.


9. Enter the SIP Trunk Password corresponding to your SIP username.


10. Under Outbound Configuration, enter the SIP provider hostname or IP in the Address field.

11. After saving, verify that the SIP trunk appears in the Phone Numbers list.

Once the configuration is completed, the AI Agent will automatically handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
